2012 Police/Fire Chili Supper
Though the temperature is 68 degrees outside, it is time for chili. The 37th
annual Police/Fire Chili Supper, benefiting the Cleveland County Christmas
Store, will be held on January 12, 2012, from 5:30 to 7:00
pm at the Norman High School Commons area (we recommend parking in the east
parking lot). As always, carry out will be available, starting at 5:30
pm.
Tickets are available from the Norman Police and Fire Departments, the University of
Oklahoma Police Department, and the Norman Public Schools Campus Police for $5.00.
All of the money will benefit the Cleveland County Christmas Store because we
are able to get the supplies and ingredients donated.
Last year, we were able to donate over $6100.00 to the Christmas Store. We would
like to exceed that amount this year. There are many people who would not have
an opportunity to exchange Christmas gifts with their loved ones without the
Christmas Store. We need to continue to support them.
