Dear Norman Residents,

Waste Management in partnership with the City of Norman is proud to announce the commencement of curbside recycling. Your 72% favorable vote in 2007 paved the way to bring this valuable service to your curb in 2008.

Beginning March 3, 2008, Waste Management will begin collecting recyclable materials placed in the bin provided on the same day as your scheduled trash service.

Within this web site, you will find the program information as well as user-friendly guidelines on how to make your household recycling efforts successful.

Your curbside recycling program is designed to enhance, not replace, the existing recycling opportunities in Norman. The programs at the schools, the drop off centers, ad hazardous waste collection events will continue.
