Homebuyers Program
The NCRC (Norman Community Reinvestment Council) Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance Program addresses the needs of Norman residents in expanding the availability of affordable housing to low and moderate income households within the community. This program is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Applications are processed by the participating banks at the time of mortgage application.
